Pettigrew Regional Library serving Chowan, Perquimans, Tyrrell, and Washington counties from four library buildings in Edenton, Hertford, Columbia and Plymouth.  The Library System is headquartered in Plymouth in northeastern North Carolina.  Plymouth is located on the beautiful Roanoke River minutes from where the river flows into the Albemarle Sound.
