The Cleveland Public Library is seeking a dynamic, strategic-minded, and service focused professional to meet the Library's mission and exemplify its core values. This full-time management position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of a neighborhood branch library, supervising staff, participating in community outreach and engagement efforts to increase the use of Library services and programs.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies, Nonprofit Management, Education, Business, Organizational Leadership, or a related field. Master's Degree preferred.
Four years of supervisory experience in a union environment
Two years of experience working with community-based services, preferably in an urban setting
Intermediate level of proficiency for Microsoft Office and SIRSI Workflows
