Join our team as a Maintenance Technician (stronger on the electrical side), where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and ensuring the functionality of our crossarm manufacturing equipment. This role requires expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining various electrical systems and components, excluding PLC programming.
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical troubleshooting and maintenance on equipment.
- Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs, including Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Schneider, and Automation Direct (programming not required).
- Conduct preventive maintenance on hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Change belts and bearings as needed.
- Maintain and troubleshoot servo drives and VFDs.
- Work on pultrusion machines and ensure their proper functioning.
Details:
- Schedule: Mon - Fri, with occasional overtime on the weekends
- 2nd Shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm
- 3rd Shift: 11:00pm - 7:30am
- Pay: $30 - 34/hr (based on skills/interview)
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Multi-craft maintenance technician experience, with a strong emphasis on electrical skills.

Work Environment
We have openings for 2nd and 3rd shifts. The 2nd shift runs from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, and the 3rd shift operates from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am, Monday through Friday, with work required every other weekend.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newberry, South Carolina.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
