Job DescriptionMill-Turn and Lathe Machinist
Job Description: We are seeking skilled machinists to join our team in a clean, modern machine shop environment. This role involves setting up and running Mill-turn and lathe machines, checking parts for quality, mentoring other machinists, and performing programming at the machine. Candidates must maintain low scrap rates and be familiar with various CNC control systems.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and run Mill-turn and lathe machines.
- Check parts for quality and accuracy.
- Mentor and coach other machinists.
- Perform programming at the machine.
- Maintain low scrap rates.
- Utilize different CNC control systems.
Essential Skills:
- Experience with Mill-turn and lathe machines.
- Ability to express ideas clearly and professionally in both written and verbal communications.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Basic math skills for performing calculations.
- Experience with hand-held measuring tools.
- Proficient knowledge of CMM, VCMM, and GD&T.
- Advanced knowledge of programming at the controller.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Knowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $66000.00 - $113000.00/yr.
