Working with a manufacturing facility in the Kissimmee area that is seeking qualified Industrial Maintenance Technicians/PLC Programmers 2nd Shift and 1st Shift Weekend Shift!!!

***Bi-Lingual in Spanish is Required***

***PLC Programming is Required, must know how to Program Allen Bradley PLC***

Job Description

We are seeking two high-level Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join our team at the Kissimmee location. These individuals will play a crucial role in maintaining and troubleshooting industrial machinery, with a focus on PLC programming and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and program PLCs to ensure optimal machine performance.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on a variety of industrial equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to effectively address mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, motors, gears, and other mechanical components.
  • For the Weekend Lead Mechanic, supervise a small team and lead the maintenance efforts during weekend shifts.

Essential Skills

  • Proficient in troubleshooting and programming PLCs.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial maintenance.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • For the Weekend Lead Mechanic, bilingual proficiency is required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Self-sufficient, confident, and self-starter oriented.
  • Ability to lead and manage a small team independently.
  • Versatile with various industrial maintenance equipment and machinery types such as COMO, Alitax, progressive trim saws, and presses.

Schedule:

2nd Shift, Monday-Thursday, Mandatory OT on Fridays

-The Shift Will start anywhere between 3:30PM-5:15PM and is a 10 hr. Shift.

1st Shift/Weekend Shift, Friday-Sunday

-6:00AM-6:00PM. Work 36 hours but paid for full 40 hrs.

Pay:

$30-37 hr. based on Experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr.
