We are seeking a skilled Mounter/Assembler to join our team. The primary responsibilities include installing lighting and electronic systems on trailers, installing hydraulic lines and piping, completing spot welds, reading measurement tools and blueprints, and assembling various components for liquid trailers. The role also involves utilizing an overhead crane to move large parts throughout the facility and assisting with other tasks as requested by the supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Install lighting and electronic systems on trailers
- Install hydraulic lines and piping on trailers
- Complete spot welds as needed
- Read measurement tools and blueprints
- Assemble various components for liquid trailers
- Utilize overhead crane to move large parts throughout the facility
- Assist with other tasks as requested by supervisor
Essential Skills
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Mechanical aptitude
- Able to work standing up, sitting down, crouching, etc.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous assembly experience preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs throughout the shift
- Previous experience working with blueprints preferred

Candidates will be given a raise upon being hired directly and will receive additional raises every 90 days following their hire for their first year. Work Environment
The work environment is a production setting, building liquid truck trailers with a mix of large and small parts. Candidates will need to be physically able to bend, kneel, and stand for various periods of time while assembling trailer components. The facility can be loud in certain areas due to the type of assembly being performed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kent, Ohio.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
