We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical assembly principles and be proficient in the use of laser trackers, PC-DMIS, and CAD software. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling complex mechanical assemblies, troubleshooting assembly issues, and working closely with other members of the team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble complex mechanical assemblies according to specifications
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and make repairs as needed
- Work closely with other members of the team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety procedures
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experience in mechanical assembly
- Proficiency in the use of laser trackers, PC-DMIS, and CAD software
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
