Position Details:
- Title: Virtual Special Education Teacher
- Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
- Location: Ohio (Fully Virtual)
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) or Part-time
- Caseload: K-12 students with special education needs

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Virtual Instruction: Provide top-notch special education services to K-12 students via our virtual platform.
- Develop and Implement IEPs: Create and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
- Collaborate with Educational Teams: Work with students, families, and school teams to meet academic and developmental goals.
- Support and Mentor: Guide and support students throughout their educational experience.
- Educate Families: Provide valuable information on special education strategies and resources.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors Degree or higher in Special Education or a related field
- Certification: Valid Special Education certification for Ohio
- Experience: Preferred experience in special education and/or virtual teaching
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and instructional skills
- Technical Requirements: Reliable internet connection and familiarity with virtual teaching tools
