Sunbelt Staffing isworking closely with a school near the Rosemount, Minnesotaarea to hire a Special Education Teacher.This position involves close collaboration with three paraprofessionals to deliver exceptional educational support for students with cognitive and developmental disabilities.

Requirements:

• Valid Minnesota teaching license.
• Preferred licensure: Special Education ASD, DD, or DCD.
• Tier 1 or Out-of-Field Permissions will be considered.
• Experience working with cognitive disabilities, autism, or similar student populations.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement IEPs for students with diverse needs.
• Guide and mentor paraprofessionals in daily classroom activities.
• Use data-driven approaches to assess and support student progress.
• Build strong relationships with students, families, and staff.
• Support students in academic, social, and behavioral development.
