Job Description:
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and passionate School Psychologist to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year. This full-time, onsite position will serve students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. The successful candidate will provide psychological services to support the academic, social, and emotional development of students in collaboration with teachers, parents, and school staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological evaluations to assess students' learning, emotional, and behavioral needs.

  • Provide individual and group counseling to address student mental health, social, and emotional issues.

  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans to support students' academic and behavioral success.

  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to create and implement strategies that promote student success.

  • Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) and 504 Plan meetings, contributing remendations for acmodations and modifications.

  • Provide crisis intervention and support for students in need.

  • Offer guidance to staff regarding student mental health and well-being, and participate in professional development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Nebraska School Psychologist License (or eligibility for licensure).

  • Masters or Specialists Degree in School Psychology.

  • Experience working with elementary, middle, and high school students (preferred).

  • Strong munication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations concerning special education and student support services.
