Job Responsibilities:

Test Planning & Execution:
- Develop and execute detailed test plans for Protection & Control (P&C) systems.
- Validate P&C system performance, safety, and reliability against specified requirements.

Testing Procedures & Methodologies:
- Implement and manage testing procedures, tools, and methodologies for comprehensive evaluation of P&C systems.
- Evaluate systems in various scenarios and conditions to ensure thorough testing.

Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with design engineers, developers, and product managers to understand system functionalities.
- Derive accurate and meaningful test criteria based on system requirements.

Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze test data to identify deviations, anomalies, or issues in system performance.
- Provide detailed reports and feedback to stakeholders.
- Recommend modifications, enhancements, and updates to P&C systems based on test results and analysis.

Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure testing activities comply with relevant regulatory standards, industry practices, and organizational quality assurance protocols.
- Create comprehensive documentation of test protocols, results, analyses, and recommendations.
- Facilitate transparent communication and future reference through thorough documentation.

Troubleshooting & Diagnostic Support:
- Participate in troubleshooting and diagnostic activities to identify and resolve issues discovered during testing.
- Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate solutions to performance issues.

Equipment Maintenance & Calibration:
- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accurate and reliable testing outcomes.

Continuous Improvement:
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to refine testing methodologies.
- Stay updated with technological advancements and industry trends related to P&C systems and testing.

Relationship Building:
- Build effective relationships with plant staff, design engineering teams, and/or vendors.
