Engagement: Substitute Teacher Per Diem 
Location: Bensalem, PA 19020
Compensation rate: $25/hr to $30/hr
Substitute teachers will be responsible for delivering instruction based on lesson plans, managing classroom environments, and fostering student learning in the absence of the regular teacher.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement and follow lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher.

Instruct and engage students in their learning process.
</li>
<li>
Maintain a structured, safe, and orderly classroom environment.
</li>
<li>
Uphold school policies and established routines.
</li>
<li>
Support student learning by adapting to different classroom settings and subjects as needed.
</li>

Position Requirements:
<ul>

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
</li>
<li>
Certification: Pennsylvania Teaching Certification preferred.
</li>

Skills:

<li>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
</li>
<li>
Commitment to inclusive learning practices.
</li>
<li>
Experience with Microsoft Office and classroom technology.
</li>

Applicants without a PA teaching certificate may submit an official College Verification of Eligibility Letter confirming program completion and eligibility for certification.
